Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MuyaHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information including your real name and valid phone number. Accounts with false information may be suspended. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
3. Provider Obligations
Providers must list accurate service descriptions and pricing. Once a booking is accepted, providers are responsible for completing the work as agreed. Misrepresentation of qualifications or services is grounds for account termination.
4. Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate work addresses and be available when the provider arrives. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in account restrictions.
5. Prohibited Activities
Prohibited activities include: payments outside the platform, fake reviews, harassment of users or providers, listing illegal services, scraping platform data, and impersonating others.
6. Payments & Fees
MuyaHub charges a service fee on completed bookings, deducted from the provider's payout. Exact fees are shown on the provider dashboard. MuyaHub is not liable for work performed outside the platform.
7. Content Responsibility
Users are responsible for all content they post, including photos, descriptions, and reviews. MuyaHub reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
MuyaHub is a marketplace platform, not a service provider. We are not liable for disputes, injuries, damages, or losses arising from services performed between providers and clients. Each party bears responsibility for their actions.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal courts of Addis Ababa.
