How do I find a provider?

Use the search bar at the top of any page. Filter by category, region, pricing type, and rating to narrow results.

How does booking work?

Open a listing, click "Book Now", choose a date and time, add your address and notes, then submit.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, you can cancel before the provider accepts. After acceptance, contact our support team.

Payments

When am I charged?

Payment is collected only after the service is marked as complete โ€” not at booking time.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Telebirr, CBE Birr, and direct bank transfer.

What if the job isn't done?

Payment is only released after you confirm completion. Disputes can be opened through our support channel.

Reviews & Ratings

How do I leave a review?

After a booking is completed, visit the listing page and use the review form at the bottom.

Can reviews be removed?

Fake or abusive reviews can be reported to our team for review and removal.

Safety

Are providers trustworthy?

All providers verify their phone. Check ratings, reviews, and completion rate before booking.

What if a provider is fraudulent?

Report any suspicious behavior immediately using the report button. We investigate all reports.

How do I become a provider?

Register as a provider, create your service listing with pricing and service area, and start receiving bookings.

What is the platform fee?

Registration is free. A small service fee is taken from completed jobs. No monthly subscriptions.
